Prego !
Italian food doesn't need a hard sell. It needs to be seen.
Context
Prego is a fast-growing Italian restaurant concept with multiple locations across Belgium, built around the belief that great food speaks for itself. As the brand expanded into new markets, the challenge shifted from simply filling seats to building something more durable: a brand that people recognise, crave and return to, before they ever walk through the door.
We were brought in to make that happen across Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube.
Challenge
Scaling a restaurant brand across multiple locations demands more than performance campaigns, it requires building recognition before the first visit ever happens.
For Prego, the priority was clear: turn a growing concept into a brand that people know, crave and seek out.
With new locations entering the market and an increasingly competitive food landscape, the challenge was to create sustained visibility across the right audiences, in the right zones, at the right moments.
Solution
We activated a full cross-channel strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube. Each platform playing a distinct role in the brand-building funnel. Campaign architecture was built around geographic clusters, allowing us to maximise budget impact per zone and maintain consistent presence across all locations simultaneously.
Creative-wise, we moved towards ASMR-style video content that puts the product front and centre, letting the food do the talking. Seasonal waves were layered in strategically to capture high-intent moments throughout the year and drive sustained footfall across all locations.
Results
The strategic reset delivered clear momentum. Year-over-year, sessions grew by +189.8% and engaged sessions increased by +166.68%. A strong signal that the right audiences are not just landing on the site, but actively engaging with the brand. The shift towards clustered campaign architecture and product-led creative is reflected directly in the numbers: more reach, more relevance, more engagement. The foundation is in place and with new creative assets coming online, the next phase is built to convert what awareness has already started.
