Not necessarily. Great podcasts come from authentic voices, not polished speakers. We coach guests, handle editing, and create a comfortable production environment. Many of our best podcasters were nervous starters.

It depends on the format you choose. Some podcasts need 2-3 hours per episode internally, others much less. We'll design a workflow that fits your team's capacity.

Audio (podcasting) is lower barrier to entry and builds deep listener loyalty. Video requires more production but reaches broader audiences. Often the answer is both—audio as your core, video for repurposing and reach.
