To fuel their 2025 growth ambitions, they needed to consistently attract qualified technical profiles — not through one-off hiring pushes, but through a sustained, always-on presence in a competitive talent market.

The real challenge was twofold: strengthening Equans' employer brand in a crowded space, while driving a consistent flow of high-quality applications throughout the year.

Performance had to be maintained regardless of external friction — turning every media euro into a measurable step closer to hire.

Solution

We activated an integrated cross-channel strategy across Meta, TikTok and YouTube — not as isolated channels, but as synchronized touchpoints built for consistent visibility at every stage of the candidate journey. Creative formats were tailored to each platform, with short-form video and a sports-inspired theme driving engagement among technical profiles.

Weekly performance monitoring allowed us to optimize continuously and double down on what worked.

Results

The impact on Equans' employer brand was clear and measurable. Where 2024 showed inconsistent search interest, 2025 delivered a stable, upward trend in brand awareness — a direct reflection of sustained visibility in the market. The career site saw a +581% increase in sessions, and retargeting efficiency reached a -76% Cost Per Application versus forecast on top-performing segments. Proof that the right creative content, on the right channel, changes how talent sees a brand.
