Case study

Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut Belgium had a problem hiding in plain sight. NL content was performing. FR content was stalling.

The rule was simple: if it looks like an ad, it's already lost. Every format was chosen for its native feel on the For You page.

Context

Pizza Hut Belgium had a problem hiding in plain sight. NL content was performing. FR content was stalling. Finding French-speaking creators capable of producing genuinely native TikTok content, while staying on-brand, had become a real friction point.

So they brought in studio by socialsky to fill the gap: social-native videos built for the Belgian French-speaking market, designed to stop the scroll and drive action. The objectives were layered: support delivery and take-out sales, push traffic to pizzahut.be, and make individual offers feel desirable rather than promotional. From the Hut Club loyalty programme to the all-you-can-eat buffet to a new product launch, every piece of content had a job to do.

Challenge

The rule was simple: if it looks like an ad, it's already lost. Every format was chosen for its native feel on the For You page.

Humorous sketches, street interviews, hidden camera moments, UGC face cams, food porn process videos: we mixed mechanics deliberately to cover every engagement lever TikTok offers. Each video opened with a three-second hook designed to interrupt, not inform. The product message came after, woven in, never bolted on.

Solution

A customer spiralling at the checkout trying to join the Hut Club.

A "Mardi Malin" sketch where €7.95 triggers comic chaos.

A street interview where passersby wildly overestimate the price of the buffet.

An elevator sketch flipping the script on the Scampi Red Curry. A UGC unboxing of the MyBox.

Studio team members appeared on screen themselves, keeping the content credible without ever making it feel like advertising. Scripts, moodboards, subtitles, format adaptations: everything handled in-house, start to finish.

Results

3.5M views on the Scampi Red Curry. 1.6M on the Mardi Malin sketch. Numbers that speak for themselves, on a market that was barely speaking French a few months before.

But the real milestone? One of our videos became the very first to appear on TikTok Explorer Food in Belgium, the platform's own curated selection of content worth watching. Proof the content we created hit hard enough to earn its spot.
