At Socialsky, the Digital Account Manager manages a portfolio of clients and supports them in achieving their business and digital objectives. You develop tailored strategies, coordinate their execution with the agency's different teams (Content & Community Managers, Social Media Managers, Creative Strategists, etc.) and ensure client satisfaction. Thanks to your analytical mindset, you monitor performance, interpret results and identify opportunities to maximize the impact of our actions.

• Develop digital and social-first strategies aligned with your clients' objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for your client portfolio and build long-term trusted relationships.
• Lead client meetings, provide strategic recommendations and challenge requests when needed.
• Collaborate with the agency's different experts (Content & Community Managers, Social Media Managers, Creative team, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Analyze performance, identify opportunities and turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and innovations to help clients grow.
• Approach client challenges with a strong sense of ownership and a results-driven mindset.

• At least 3 years of experience in client account management within digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in social media advertising platforms.
• Native French speaker with strong English skills; Dutch is a plus.
• Comfortable with data analysis tools and performance reporting.
• A proactive mindset: you anticipate needs and take initiative.
• Strong ownership: you take responsibility for your decisions, learn from successes and failures, and continuously seek improvement.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys helping others grow.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and performance.
• Based in Belgium and in possession of a valid driver's license.
