The job

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing and growing our clients' online community. You will create interactions, build relationships and ensure a positive online presence.

Role

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
  • Manage and monitor various social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create and manage engaging content.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to comments and inquiries.
  • Analyze community metrics and report on engagement and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Digital Account Managers to align on strategy.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Experience in online community management or social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Proficiency in social media tools and analytics software.
  • Creative, proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
