You are at the heart of our clients' creative strategy.

• Conceptualise and produce creative content for brands in Belgium and internationally, and manage and animate social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create varied video formats (face cam, interviews, trends, voice-over…)
• Edit efficiently using CapCut and native platform tools
• Engage with communities (comments, messages) in a fast, relevant and professional manner
• Analyse performance (engagement, feedback, KPIs) and propose optimisations
• Keep up with social media trends and identify content opportunities
• Handle tight deadlines and last-minute requests
• Collaborate with creative teams and Digital Account Managers to ensure strategic consistency
• Adapt style and tone of voice to different brands

• A degree in marketing, communication or equivalent, or experience that speaks for itself
• Real social media experience: you know the platforms from the inside, not just as a user
• Native Dutch speaker, comfortable in English, French is a plus
• You master social media tools and can read analytics without getting lost
• You use AI to optimise your work
• A "just do it" mindset: you don't wait to be told what to do, you find solutions and move forward
• You can work independently when needed, and as part of a team when that's better
