Context
Electro Dépôt, a European retailer of small and large household appliances at accessible prices, wanted to establish itself in Belgium as the go-to brand for young adults looking for tech deals. In October 2025, Socialsky takes over the complete TikTok strategy with a clear mission: make Electro Dépôt a desirable brand for an 18-34 year-old target, without ever falling into the trap of overly commercial messaging.
Challenge
In the retail and electronics sector, TikTok is particularly hostile ground for brands: the young Belgian audience immediately skips content that's too "catalog" or overly promotional. The challenges were multiple:
- Starting from almost zero: 55 followers, no editorial line, no moderation, no trending content exploited.
- Reposition the brand not as a discounter, but as a smart ally in everyday life, without losing its affordable DNA.
- Build an engaged and bilingual community (FR & NL) on a fragmented Belgian market.

Results
